The Sinner in Me
The Sinner in Me is an audio-reactive TouchDesigner visual built to Depeche Mode's song of the same name, turning the track's dark pulse into a live field of signal paths, distortion, and unstable light.
The video uses Depeche Mode's "The Sinner in Me" as the driving source, letting rhythm, pressure, and atmosphere shape a dark map of connected traces.
Built in TouchDesigner, the piece treats sound as a control system. Lines gather, drift, and fracture around a central threshold, moving between surveillance diagram, ritual mark, and reactive waveform.
The latest pass leans into a colder signal aesthetic: faint cartographic labels, chromatic edge noise, and a tightening field of white paths that feel pulled toward the word "free" at the center.
